Getting the Most Out of Your iComfort Wi-Fi

Installation

Can I install an iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat myself? Go to Top

Installation should only be performed by an authorized Lennox dealer. To find the dealer nearest you, call
 1-800-9Lennox or visit the Lennox Dealer Locator.

Wireless Connection

How do I enable my wireless connection to work with the iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat? Go to Top

Your dealer can provide assistance with this procedure if desired. Or you can connect your iComfort Wi-Fi to your wireless network,


  • Press "Wi-Fi"  on the iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat

  • Press "Enable Wi-Fi"

  • Press "Agree" to the Terms and Conditions to proceed


  • Select your network from the list of available networks or enter it manually if it does not appear in the list


  • Enter your wireless network password and press "Connect" to complete the connection process

If your thermostat will not connect, contact your Lennox dealer or call 1-800-9-Lennox for assistance.

Registration

How do I get access to the website to control my thermostat? Go to Top

You must register the product from the thermostat itself before gaining access to the myicomfort.com website. Your dealer will need to assist you with the first step of the registration process. Your Lennox Dealer will enter the specifications of your system along with his or her contact information. This will allow your dealer to monitor your system and receive alerts when service or regular maintenance is needed.

Registration takes a few steps at the thermostat as well as on your computer.


After connecting to your wireless network, you can register your thermostat by doing the following:

  • Press "Wi-Fi" on the iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat home page
  • Press "Thermostat not registered" on the Wi-Fi Setting page
  • Enter your email address in the space provided
  • Press  "Register" 
  • Wait for the registration email to appear in the inbox for the email address you entered previously
  • Once the email is received, click on the link to begin the registration process online and set up your account.

Upon initial registration as a first time user, you will need to follow a few simple steps

  • Step 1: User ID and Password

  • Step 2: My Profile: Enter your name and phone number to create your profile

  • Step 3: My Systems: Enter your home information.

    Click on "Show home details" to opt in for "alerts & reminders" to be sent to you as well as your Lennox Dealer

  • Step 4: My Dealer: Confirm or enter your Lennox Dealer contact information

How do I change information in My Profile? Go to Top

During initial registration, simply select the back button at the bottom of the screen to edit any content. After initial registration, select the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the website to edit your information.

How do I obtain or reset my password? Go to Top

  • Log on to myicomfort.com
  • click on "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts.

How do I add another iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat to my account? Go to Top

Upon initial registration, on Step 3: My System, click the "Add Home" button and fill in the additional information. After initial registration, select the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the website and then select "My Systems"  and "Add Home" .

App

Can I still manage my thermostat remotely if I don’t have a smart phone? Go to Top

Yes. You can access the myicomfort website from any web enabled device and control your iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat.
